The bulk discount starts at 3 courses. You can mix and match across trades, states, and course types — as long as your order has 3 or more courses, you get 30% off every one of them.

No. Each voucher code is tied to a specific course you purchased. You can buy one HVAC course, one Plumbing course, and one Insurance Ethics course in the same bundle — all at 30% off — and hand the right voucher to the right employee.

After your purchase, we email you one unique voucher code per course you bought. You distribute them to your employees however you want — Slack, email, text. The employee creates an account, enters the voucher, and gets immediate access to the course plus the free audio narrator.

It's an audio playback option that reads the course content aloud — great for employees who absorb information better by listening or want to study during their commute. It's normally $1.99 per course as an add-on, but it's included free with every voucher-redeemed course.

We'll email you twice for each employee: once when they start a course, and again when they complete it. The completion email includes their certificate as an attachment, and we'll have already reported their hours to the state licensing board.

Vouchers don't expire on a fixed date. If an employee leaves or doesn't use their voucher, contact us and we can reassign the code to another employee or hold it for future use.

Yes. We email a full invoice with your company info, course details, and tax breakdown after every order. For 25+ orders, we can send a quote first or arrange Net-30 invoicing — just request a quote and we'll set it up.
